SFV Logo Splash Screen - Black (obsolete in AE)

PSA: the mod can't be used anymore in SFVAE because the file it modifies doesn't exist anymore.

Just a simple mod that recently I manage to make (all thanks to some friends who help and assist me). This mod makes the splash screen that we see during launching the game become mostly black color.
